1. Digital service

American Codex is a digital service where all features (configuration generation, application, retuning, etc.) are available immediately upon payment.

2. Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have not substantially used the paid generation features. Change of mind is acceptable within this window.

3. How refunds are processed

Because payments are handled by our global payment provider Paddle, refunds are also issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Please contact us below with your payment email to request a refund.

4. Limitations

Refunds may be limited if more than 14 days have passed, or if the paid features have been used repeatedly such that the service value has been substantially consumed.
